At ProEducation we teach the International British Curriculum and a range of life skill subjects from ASDAN United Kingdom. We also integrate and students participate in The International Youth Awards; The Duke of Edinburgh Awards from 13 years plus.
We are an Internationally recognised school facility and our students can enrol at Grade 1 and complete their education with our school and gain access into University. Our school is also Internationally accredited for the differentiated curriculum we offer in the Towards Independence Program.
All our learners have the opportunity to receive Individualised programs even our students in the mainstream school setting. Whether the program is individualised through attending extra Literacy support, extra Indonesian lessons, Social groups, Sports activities, Speech and Language Support, Counselling ect our aim is to ensure each child’s Pathway Plan is individual.
Our curriculum awarding body for the International British Curriculum is Pearson EdExcel and students sit formal exam at the end of Grade 6 (Primary Achievement Test), Grade 9 (Middle School Achievement Test). In Grade 11 students complete their IGCSE exams and in Grade 13 students complete their A levels or another course of choice from approved providers.
Across our school curriculum we integrate a range of assessment forms to measure students acquisition of key skills. We use portfolios, peer assessment and the termly Moderation process where students present selected pieces of work against a criteria to a panel of teachers.
Within the delivery of our curriculum students use a range of multi sensory learning approaches and we encourage our teachers to teach and deliver lessons that are favorable to a range of multiple intelligences. We teach active learning, inquiry based courses and inspire our students to ask questions and seek discussion curiosity and engagement while learning at ProEducation.
