CURRICULUM

A Nurturing Path to Personal and Academic Success.

At ProEd Global School, we believe that learning should be authentic, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of every student.

Our approach emphasizes differentiation, ensuring that each learner is supported and challenged according to their strengths and areas for growth. We are committed to nurturing curious, reflective, and confident learners by creating meaningful learning experiences that promote inquiry, creativity, and collaboration.

Through a supportive environment and structured routines, students are encouraged to take ownership of their learning and develop a strong sense of responsibility and self-belief.
Dual Accreditation and Pathways: International Excellence with National Alignment

ProEd Global School is fully accredited by both Cambridge Assessment International Education and the Indonesian Ministry of Education, reflecting our commitment to globally recognised standards. We implement official Cambridge resource materials and follow a structured assessment framework.  This ensures that all students, whether pursuing academic, creative, or vocational pathways, are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in further education, the workforce, and life.

For our national students, we also offer the option to meet the requirements of the Indonesian National Curriculum, ensuring a comprehensive and balanced educational experience. This includes optional classes in Civics (PPKn), Bahasa Indonesia, and Religion, supporting cultural identity and national values alongside international learning. Our teaching team engages in ongoing professional development to remain aligned with both international and national expectations, delivering instruction that is rigorous, inclusive, and future-focused.
Students participate in sports as part of the Bali Sports & School Association (BSSA), which is an international school sports organisation where teams compete against each other.
From Foundation to Future: A Cambridge-Aligned Journey

From the early years through to secondary school, our curriculum is grounded in the internationally recognized Cambridge framework. This structured progression provides students with a clear and consistent learning pathway, allowing them to deepen their knowledge and skills year by year.

As a Cambridge-accredited and approved school, we implement a range of official Cambridge resources and assessments, including progression tests, Checkpoint assessments, and the internationally benchmarked Cambridge IGCSE and A Level examinations. These tools guide instruction, track progress, and uphold a standard of academic excellence that prepares students to thrive in further education and beyond.
Fostering Independence and Growth with ASDAN at Umalas campus only

In addition to our Cambridge programs, we offer the Towards Independence program at our Umalas campus, which draws from the ASDAN curriculum to support students who benefit from a more personalized learning approach.

This program blends academic learning outcomes with life skills development, using structured modules to build awareness of healthy routines, community involvement, and environmental responsibility.

Students also have opportunities to engage in vocational experiences through partnerships with supportive work environments across Bali, helping them develop confidence, independence, and a sense of purpose both within and beyond the classroom.

We also provide in-school support through a dedicated team of professionals, including occupational therapists and speech and language therapists, who work alongside teachers to address individual learning goals, motor development, and communication skills within a nurturing and structured environment.
Tailored Support and Collaborative Services for Student Success

We offer tailored educational support through our Inclusive Education Coordinator and a dedicated team of professionals, including occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, school counselors, and EAL (English as an Additional Language) specialists. This collaborative team works closely with classroom teachers to support students in achieving individual learning goals, enhancing communication and motor development, and promoting emotional well-being. Our inclusive approach ensures that every student can thrive within a nurturing and structured learning environment.

We believe in preparing students for the future by helping them build a strong foundation of understanding, practical skills, and confidence. Guided by the values of the Cambridge and Asdan frameworks, our curriculum emphasizes academic excellence, critical thinking, and real-world application. Whether in analytical disciplines like mathematics or creative fields such as business and the arts, students develop into confident, responsible, and reflective learners—equipped to thrive in further education, the workforce, and in life.

Our inclusive approach ensures that every student, regardless of background, ability, or language, receives a high-quality education tailored to their unique needs and aspirations. We welcome families to schedule a tour and meet with our leadership team to see how our curriculum inspires growth, independence, and achievement for every learner.
Assessment and Academic Progress

At ProEd Global School, assessment is an essential part of our teaching and learning approach, allowing us to monitor progress, personalise instruction, and ensure students meet key academic benchmarks.

We implement a range of assessments across year levels:
  • MAP Growth Assessments:

Conducted twice yearly, these adaptive, international-standard tests in reading, language usage, and mathematics provide detailed insights into each student’s learning growth, helping teachers target instruction effectively. We are kind.

  • Cambridge Progression Tests and Checkpoint Assessments: Used in Primary and Lower Secondary, these assessments measure student progress in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science. They ensure readiness for the next stage of learning and allow us to benchmark performance against international standards.

  • IGCSE and AS/A Level Examinations:

In our secondary program, students sit for official Cambridge examinations, which are globally recognised and provide pathways into top universities and career opportunities.

  • National Assessments:

or students following the Indonesian National Curriculum, we also prepare and support them for required national examinations, ensuring compliance and competency in line with Ministry of Education standards.
